The SSI-250 is a quality built, semi-automatic biodiesel processor for individuals,

co-ops, businesses, agricultural and transportation industries. Utilizing the stainless steel construction, high captivity heating capabilities and a dry-wash system allows you to produce quality biodiesel fuel in as little as 12 hours.

The SSI-250 has 3 stainless steel tanks (reaction, washing & methoxide), 3 stainless steel centrifugal heavy-duty pumps with explosion proof motors, stainless steel piping & fixtures, 3 heating elements, dry-wash system, and a vapor proof control panel.

The SSI-250 comes with a complete owners manual, safety kit (goggles, apron, mask & gloves), and titration kit

Tanks 304 Stainless Steel Construction
Skid mounted on a 304 Stainless steel 3x3x1/8 square tube frame
Stainless steel piping C/W stainless steel ball valves with Teflon seals
3 stainless steel centrifugal pumps C/W 1/2HP explosion proof motors
Reactor tank C/W 2 electric heaters, level probe, and site glass
Wash tank C/W one electric heater, level probe, water wash and/or Dry wash systems
Mix tank C/W removable catalyst basket, and level probes
All tanks are welded to skid for easy installation
Semi automated control panel C/W pre set program, level control, and timers built in single phase or three phase power
